Refund policy

We don’t expect you to need this page. Every piece is made small and made carefully, and we’d rather you kept it because you love it. But if something isn’t right, here’s how it works.

You have 14 days. You can return or exchange any piece within 14 days of receiving it.

One condition. Because these are worn against newborn skin, pieces need to come back unworn and unwashed, with their tags and the original cotton-paper sleeve.

Exchanges. If the size or piece isn’t right, tell us what you’d like instead and we’ll hold it for you while the original makes its way back.

Refunds. Once the piece is back with us and checked, we refund the price of the piece to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The original delivery fee isn’t refunded.

Return shipping is paid by you, at the same rate as delivery to your area. If something arrived defective or wrong, we cover everything, including the delivery you paid.

To arrange a return, email hello@stitchandseed.com with your order number. We’ll book the collection with Bosta and take it from there.
